Fifty-eight years of doing business together
ACDI began with a simple idea: independent distributors are stronger when they learn from one another.
In 1968, a group of independent, entrepreneurial distributors came together and realized they had much to offer one another and much to learn. That exchange of hard-won business knowledge is still at the heart of ACDI today, and it has helped members succeed individually and as a group.
ACDI is a co-operative association of independently owned and locally operated distributors of specialty construction products and equipment. Members are the businesses contractors rely on for concrete accessories, forming and shoring, rebar, masonry and waterproofing, tools and equipment rental, across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Together, ACDI distributors account for more than two billion dollars in annual sales of materials and equipment to the construction industry. Membership is a closed group, not an open invitation: every company at the table is a recognized leader in its own market.
